Class description: Cycle is a freestyle cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike where the instructor chooses the music and choreographs the ride to the selected songs. Riders can synchronise their pedalling to keep the beat of the music. All classes are 45 minutes unless specified. The routines are designed to emulate terrain and situations encountered in actual bicycle rides such as hill climbs, sprints and interval work.
