Sean is passionate about sport and fitness. He loves motivating people to achieve their goals and sharing his insight on healthy living. He also enjoys the healing nature of Yoga and Pilates. Sean became an instructor in 2015 because of his love for sport and his desire to spread the energy and enthusiasm of fitness within a group environment.
