Class type: BOSU Blast
Class description: All Levels. Our BOSU Blast class helps establish and reinforce balance, stability, and core strength and can include aerobic and strength training routines, flexibility exercises, and balance training. The BOSU Ball is a 3 dimensional piece of equipment. Flat-soled trainers with lateral support are recommended when attending BOSU Blast to provide maximum foot stability and safety.
