PURE FITNESS LANGHAM PLACE PT ONLINE BOOKING GUIDELINES

Please note: Online Booking for PT sessions is currently only available for Langham Place.

Bookings for complimentary new-client sessions (W1–W2–W3) and personal training sessions can be made for anytime during the current calendar month. Online bookings must be made AT LEAST 4 working hours prior to the requested appointment time.

How do I login and start booking online?

Click on the 'Book a Langham Place PT session' hyperlink (top right of this page).

You then need to take a few minutes to create your own username and password. Simply click on the "New Users: Sign-up!" link located on the top right-hand corner and follow each step as outlined. Please be sure to have your PURE card number on hand as you will be required to provide this information during the registration process.

Note: After an initial security verification, you will be notified by email upon successful registration. This process will normally take no more than 3 working days.

What if I forget my username and/or password?
Click on the "Returning Users: Forgot your login?" link located on the top right-hand corner of the homepage. You will be given a hint that will help you to remember. You should also have your PURE card number on hand for this.

How do I find the day I wish to have my appointment on?
Go to the "Appointment" tab located on the top right-hand index of the screen. Choose 'Langham Place' from the drop-down menu to view the fitness schedule. Use the date index located on the top left menu bar to search for the day you wish to schedule your session.

How do I decide which trainer I want to conduct my appointment?
All the personal trainers available on that day are listed across the top of the schedule. You can click on the 'Bio' hyperlink located directly under each trainer's name to view images, qualifications and previous experience. Alternatively, there is a hyperlink to all trainer bios from the Pure Fitness website homepage.

How do I sign up for a session?
Click on the timeslot you wish to book under the trainer of your choice. An 'Appointment Request' window will open listing the appointment types and times available to you. Select the type of appointment from the drop-down menu and confirm the start time. You will then be required to select whether you are making a single or recurring appointment. Please note that you can only select 'single' appointment for your complimentary sessions – W1, W2 and W3.

After making a reservation, your current schedule of booking(s) will be displayed, including the session you just signed up for. At the top of your schedule, your current personal training package (if any) is displayed, showing how many sessions you have remaining and when the package expires.

You will be notified by email or phone to confirm your booking for a session.

How can I view the sessions I've signed up for without signing up for a new session?
Click on the "my schedule" tab. This screen displays your current schedule for all Pure Yoga and Pure Fitness sessions over the next 3 months. You may also print this page as your booking confirmation. Please remember you can only book fitness sessions for the current calendar month.

How do I cancel a session I've already signed up for?
Go to the "my info" tab located on the upper right-hand side of the screen. Click on the "my schedule" tab. Your current schedule should now be visible. Click on the "cancel" link to the right of the session you wish to cancel. You will receive a confirmation email once you have made a cancellation. Please be advised you must cancel your Pure Fitness bookings at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged.

How can I see my payment history?
Click on the "my account" tab. Next, click on "payment history" to view all your past payments.

How can I see my visit history?
Click on the "my account" tab. Next, click on "visit history" to view all past visits and all upcoming sessions you've signed up for.

What happens if I don't log out?
We recommend that you always log out, as your class scheduling session will remain active until you log out of the system. Do so by clicking on the "log out" link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
